Coles Group seeks a Platform Manager – AI/ML to lead the design, development and delivery of scalable AI platform capabilities focused on Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic systems. You will shape governance, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks and tool integrations for enterprise AI applications, partnering with product, engineering, and business teams.

This role offers hybrid working, exposure to cutting-edge GenAI platforms, and opportunities to drive cost, usage and performance at scale

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Relevant cloud/AI certifications are a plus.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms and governance is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable AI platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate use cases into reusable AI platform features.
• Establish and enforce governance, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks for responsible AI usage.
• Build and evolve agent orchestration and model routing across providers.
