Job summary

Lily Lifestyle is seeking an experienced AI Platform Engineer in Sydney to lead the implementation and integration of AI-driven customer and employee solutions. The role focuses on deploying and connecting existing AI platforms, not building proprietary models.

You will tackle AI-powered customer service, voice agents, and ecommerce integrations within a high-performing tech team as part of a broader AI transformation program.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering AI-powered customer experience solutions.
Experience integrating AI platforms with CRM, contact centre, ecommerce and back-office systems.
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, automation workflows and system architecture.

Responsibilities

Implement AI-powered chat and voice solutions.
Integrate AI platforms with CRM, ecommerce, contact centre and back-office systems.
Connect platforms such as CRM, ecommerce, contact centre, warehouse and ERP systems.
Evaluate and recommend suitable AI tools and platforms for business use cases.
Design integration architectures, APIs and automation workflows.
Support testing, optimisation and ongoing performance improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver practical AI outcomes.
