Job summary

LEAP is seeking a software sales role focused on AI Paralegal to grow conversations with Family Law firms through a warm base of existing LEAP clients. You will own the top of the funnel, initiating discussions about AI Paralegal, building awareness, and booking qualified meetings for Account Executives.

Reporting to the Head of Growth, you’ll be coached and have a clear path into a closing role as AI becomes central to LEAP’s future.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in sales development or outbound sales roles (SDR/BDR/inside sales).
• Proven track record of hitting activity and meetings booked targets.
• Comfortable with multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, Zoom/Teams).
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and sales engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Run high-volume, multi-channel outreach to engage lawyers and practice managers at LEAP Family Law firms.
• Generate leads from digital campaigns, events, webinars, and referrals.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and quickly follow up inbound leads.
• Qualify interest and book discovery meetings and demos for Account Executives.
