Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare generated images and videos, and explain what appeared off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Expect to score output across adherence, quality, and realism, then write specific English explanations of what you saw or heard. Remote work from eligible countries is supported with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfort with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail; patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural the outputs are.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio/video.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and writing concise explanations in English.
