Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates have strong written English, sharp attention to detail, and are comfortable describing what bolts, glitches or inconsistencies you observe.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English with strong written communication and comfort with conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Ability to articulate clear explanations when both options have flaws.

Aufgaben

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like artifacts, motion issues, text errors, or sound/video mismatch.
• Writing specific English explanations pointing to observed issues and differences.
