Job summary

Google is seeking an AI Outcome Customer Engineer in Sydney to act as an enterprise architect, technical debugger, and delivery manager for strategic AI accounts. You will shape solutions during technical evaluations, ensure adoption-focused delivery, and align with the Forward Deployed Engineering organization to integrate assets into customer IT ecosystems.

You will work within Google Cloud’s Go-To-Market team, leveraging Gemini models and Vertex AI to deliver scalable customer outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience with technical delivery strategies and interfacing with product or engineering organizations.
Experience reading or debugging code in a general purpose coding language.
Experience in system design or orchestration frameworks.
Experience with enterprise integrations, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML deployments.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account teams during technical evaluation phases to assess feasibility and shape long-term adoption.
Lead upfront technical design for enterprise-grade AI solutions and secure integrations.
Dive into code-level context to diagnose issues and test workarounds.
Serve as liaison to Product and Engineering teams and translate field feedback into feature requests.
Steer implementation strategy while owning the technical delivery with customer-facing teams.
