Job summary

RACV is seeking a Digital Content Producer – GEO & AI Discovery in Melbourne to shape how audiences find information through search engines and AI assistants. You’ll craft authoritative content, optimise for GEO/LLM discovery and drive organic growth across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in editorial writing, content production and strategy execution.
• Strong writing, editing and end-to-end digital content production.
• Excellent understanding of GEO/LLM optimisation, AI discovery platforms and SEO best practices.
• CMS expertise, with Adobe Experience Manager preferred.
• Understanding of content measurement and analytics.
• A degree in Journalism or Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and attention to detail.
• Provide confidence and expertise utilizing leading AI tools and LLM environments

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, edit and publish high-quality digital content across RACV priority categories for AI discovery platforms.
• Optimise content for SEO, GEO and AI-powered discovery.
• Use AI tools for ideation, research, briefing, drafting and optimisation.
• Identify emerging search behaviours, audience questions and content opportunities.
• Monitor content performance and use analytics and search insights to continually improve results.
• Manage and publish content through Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Partner with Content, Marketing, Product and other teams to improve discoverability and audience growth.
