Job summary

Triskele Labs in Melbourne is seeking an AI‑native Technical Program Manager to lead internal tooling and automation programs within our SSDLC framework. You will own discovery, design, agile delivery, testing and go‑live for multiple builds, using AI to map processes, write requirements and plan delivery with SMEs and engineers.

You will partner with the CTO, prioritize work, chair design sessions, and mentor a Graduate Project Manager, helping the teams move faster while maintaining security

Qualifications

• Demonstrated AI competency in analysis, requirements and reporting.
• Minimum 3 years in technical program, project or delivery management.
• Proven business analysis capability: elicitation, docs, stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical and data skills; dashboards and metrics.
• Technical fluency to discuss architecture, environments and security controls.
• Experience prioritising tooling/backlog with a technical executive.
• Experience running full agile delivery lifecycle for software/platform teams.
• Proven ability to run concurrent builds with multiple stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication across engineering to ELT.
• Influence without authority; decisive, credible.
• Bias to removing friction; operate in lean, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise with the CTO and maintain a forward plan.
• Map processes, write AI-assisted requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate design sessions between SMEs and engineers; prototype with AI.
• Plan milestones, resourcing and scope for each build.
• Run SSDLC-aligned agile delivery for both teams.
• Ensure blockers are cleared and stakeholders informed.
• Mentor a Graduate Project Manager on planning and AI workflows.
