Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks an AI-first Senior Full Stack Engineer to own AEM builds end-to-end, from frontend to backend, for clients who expect senior judgement and robust AI tooling. Daily use of agentic AI capabilities is core, with the ability to set up environments and mentor others on AI maturity throughout the stack.

The role emphasizes delivering AEM Sites/Assets with GraphQL, integrating with CRM systems, and operating within AEMaaCS.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in full stack software engineering with 4+ years on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Daily use of AI tooling with sound judgement on where AI helps and where it must not be trusted.
• AEM Sites component and template development across frontend and backend: Sling Models, HTL/Sightly, client libraries, OSGi services, workflow models, JCR content modelling.
• AEM Assets and Content Hub including DAM workflows and metadata governance; AEM Headless via Content Fragments and GraphQL.
• Strong core Java (Java 8+), Spring, RESTful API design; CRM integration (Salesforce or Dynamics) and Adobe Analytics.
• React JS or an equivalent framework; WCAG 2.1 AA applied consistently.
• AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) with Cloud Manager pipelines, Dispatcher, CDN, DNS, environment topology.
• At least one current Adobe Certification (e.g. AEM Sites Developer).
• Nice to have: Agentic AI playbooks, Edge Delivery Services, or other CMS/Salesforce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI-first end-to-end development: analysis, design, code, tests, docs, and release notes.
• Set up and maintain repository context, prompts, and sub-agent patterns for the team.
• Review AI-generated output with the same rigour as human code and own what you ship.
• Design and build AEM Sites components, templates, and Sling Models across tiers.
• Configure AEM Assets and Content Hub including DAM workflows and metadata schemas.
• Develop backend services in Java, integrating AEM with downstream CRM and enterprise systems.
• Deliver AEM Headless solutions using Content Fragments and GraphQL with Schema.org markup.
• Own delivery performance end-to-end: Dispatcher/CDN caching, page weight, Core Web Vitals.
• Operate within AEMaaCS, including Cloud Manager pipelines and Dispatcher config.
• Own features end-to-end from design to deployment and hypercare.
• Engage with client stakeholders translating business requirements into tech solutions.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to AEM delivery standards and AI playbooks.
