Qualifications

• Proven professional experience building production web applications.
• Hands-on use of AI coding assistants as a core part of work.
• Strong React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
• Familiar with cloud/serverless patterns (AWS).
• IT degree or comparable industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship features end-to-end for front end and back end.
• Use AI coding assistants as a core part of daily workflow, review AI output.
• Write and maintain automated tests; participate in code reviews.
• Document decisions and maintain team knowledge base.
• Contribute to stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives; champion automation.
• Support after-hours maintenance and incidents as needed.
