Job summary

Mallesons is actively seeking a Digital Enablement Manager to join our Innovation group in Sydney or Melbourne. This full-time, permanent role leads AI enablement strategy, delivering AI platforms and integrations across enterprise systems and workflows.

You will coordinate multiple AI initiatives, work with Product, Technology, Security, Risk, and business stakeholders, and ensure governance, testing, and deployment at scale, reporting to the Head of Digital.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in project management or digital delivery.
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong planning and delivery management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with technology, security, governance, risk or compliance stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-sufficient approach and attention to detail.
• Interest in AI, emerging technologies and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of AI platform integrations and enterprise capabilities across Copilot, Harvey, in-house agents and other AI platforms.
• Coordinate implementation plans, testing environments, pilots and proof-of-concepts.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent AI enablement initiatives to meet scope, timeline, quality and readiness.
• Partner with Technology, Security, Risk, Legal and Product teams for governance and deployment readiness.
• Establish and manage environments to evaluate, test and deploy AI products and capabilities.
• Support vendor evaluation, due diligence, procurement and onboarding for new tech and AI solutions.
• Monitor milestones, risks and outcomes with clear stakeholder reporting.
