Job summary

Zembl is seeking an AI Adoption and Enablement Coordinator to help translate ZemLabs AI investments into practical, human-friendly changes across the business. You’ll work with Claude, ChatGPT and agent tools, turning complex AI concepts into actionable training and communications for our teams.

In this early-career role, you’ll coordinate content delivery, adoption tracking and knowledge sharing, while collaborating with Sales, Operations and Marketing to embed AI into day-to-day workflows at

Responsibilities

• Run ZemLabs Academy daily, deliver content, track progress and boost AI adoption across Zembl.
• Support rollout of internal AI knowledge platform: train, communicate and monitor adoption.
• Help teams understand and confidently use the AI tools and agents built by ZemLabs.
• Act as front door for the AI ideas Pipeline and triage requests before discovery.
• Coordinate the AI Ops Crew across departments and schedule alignment sessions.
• Maintain the AI Impact Dashboard: report hours saved, workflows automated, cycle times.
• Build understanding of LLMs, agents, MCPs, APIs, and knowledge layers for broad business use.

We already have 32 AI colleagues on our org chart, each with a name, a manager and KPIs. Now we’re looking for someone to help make sure they actually land well with the humans working alongside them.

Purpose of the Role

We’re looking for an AI Adoption and Enablement Coordinator to join ZemLabs and help turn AI investment into behaviour change across the business, not just infrastructure.

You’ll live inside our internal knowledge platform, Claude and ChatGPT day to day, and build real fluency in how MCPs, APIs and HumAIn agents work, enough to translate 'what ZemLabs built' into training and comms the rest of the business can act on.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working closely with our Head of ZemLabs, you’ll sit at the intersection of AI, people, enablement and adoption.

You’ll:

• Run ZemLabs Academy day-to-day, delivering content, tracking progress and helping increase AI adoption across Zembl
• Support the rollout of our internal AI knowledge platform, including training, communications and adoption tracking
• Help our teams understand and confidently use the AI tools and agents we’re building
• Act as the front door for the AI ideas Pipeline and Request Portal, triaging incoming requests before they reach discovery
• Coordinate our AI Ops Crew, a group of AI champions embedded across Sales, Retention, Operations, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success – scheduling, recording and actioning our monthly alignment sessions
• Maintain our AI Impact Dashboard, reporting on things like hours saved, workflows automated and improvements in cycle time
• Build your own understanding of LLMs, agents, MCPs, APIs, context and knowledge layers so you can translate technical concepts into something the wider business can actually use

Who We’re Looking For

This is a hands‑on early career seat for someone that is genuinely curious about AI, the kind of person who already plays with Claude, ChatGPT, or agent tools in their own time; and wants the opportunity to make it a bigger part of their career.

You’ll probably be someone who:

• Is a natural coordinator, comfortable being the one who chases follow-ups and keeps a recurring cadence on track
• Has a solid grasp of how LLMs actually work: what a context window is, why token usage matters, and why 'the AI doesn't know that' is usually a knowledge-layer problem, not a magic problem
• Understands how knowledge layers and context building work in AI systems generally, regardless of the specific platform, well enough to explain it to someone who's never touched an AI tool
• Is naturally organised, communicates confidently, eager to learn and comfortable being coached
• Has the curiosity to ask why something works rather than just accepting that it does
