- Translate technical capability into clear product opportunities delivering value.
- Build trusted relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive decisions.
Responsibilities
- Shape TAL’s AI product vision and roadmap to deliver measurable value.
- Prioritise AI investment balancing innovation, usability, feasibility and risk.
- Drive adoption and value realisation with clear success metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to turn AI capability into scalable product outcomes.
- Align stakeholders across claims and the enterprise to meet user and business needs.
- Embed governance, privacy, security and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
