Job summary

Xero seeks a Senior SEM Manager to shape and lead our global Paid Search program. This hands-on role focuses on using automation, AI and data to unlock scalable growth and improve SEM operations across markets.

You will partner with Data Science, Marketing Technology and Product teams to turn complex performance challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions and to elevate the technical capability of the SEM function.

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on SEM with multi-market campaigns.
Strong technical ability to design and deploy automation for performance marketing.
Experience with AI-driven workflows and data-powered decision making.

Responsibilities

Evolve the technical foundations of our global SEM program for scalability, automation and performance.
Build and operationalise AI-powered workflows for optimisation, analysis, reporting and processes.
Advance automated bidding and decision-making capabilities with guardrails and measurement.
Identify and deliver new automation opportunities to turn complex SEM tasks into scalable solutions.
Collaborate with Data Science, Marketing Technology and Product to connect data, AI and emerging tech to SEM ecosystem.
