Job summary

Xero is seeking a SEM Senior Manager to shape the future of our global Paid Search program. This highly technical, hands-on role focuses on automation, AI and data to unlock scalable growth and improve SEM operations.

You will collaborate with Data Science, Marketing Technology and Product teams to translate complex performance challenges into scalable solutions, define AI-powered workflows, automated bidding, and governance that informs senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Deep, hands-on SEM expertise across multi-market programs.
Proven ability to design and deploy automation and AI-powered workflows.
Experience with modern bidding systems and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Evolve the technical foundations of the global SEM program for scalability.
Build AI-powered workflows that automate optimisation, analysis, reporting and processes.
Advance AI-driven SEM capabilities including automated bidding and guardrails.
Identify and deliver automation opportunities turning complex SEM tasks into scalable solutions.
Collaborate with Data Science, Marketing Technology and Product to connect data and AI into SEM ecosystems.
Explore emerging search and AI capabilities to create commercial advantage.
