Job summary

John Holland is seeking a .NET Developer to support the design, enhancement and maintenance of custom-built applications across our organisation. Working in an Agile environment, you will collaborate with BAs, POs and developers to deliver solutions, including AI-driven prototypes and proof-of-concepts.

This is a 12-month parental leave opportunity, with flexible work arrangements and opportunities to contribute to iconic Australian projects.

Qualifications

Strong .NET development experience, including C# and Web APIs.
Experience working within Agile software development teams.
Knowledge of Microsoft development technologies and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate root causes and deliver solutions.
Ability to build effective relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Interest in emerging technologies, AI solutions and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance and maintain .NET applications and services
Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve application defects and production issues
Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to deliver business requirements
Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to development standards
Design and implement automated testing to support high-quality software delivery
Explore and develop innovative solutions, including AI-based applications and prototypes
