Job summary

Collaborate Recruitment in Sydney Hills District is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead architecture for a large TypeScript monorepo and review AI-generated code (Claude Code). This hands‑on leadership role focuses on shaping AI augmented development workflows, guardrails, and secure production-grade systems.

You will drive multi-tenant design, CI/CD, and testing strategies while maintaining core modules and integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years software engineering experience.
• Strong TypeScript, NestJS, SQL/ORM, and React/Next.js skills.
• Deep understanding of full SDLC and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor).
• Ability to spot subtle issues in AI generated code.
• Comfortable working in an agile, AI accelerated environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve AI generated code (Claude Code).
• Design and maintain multi-tenant systems, RBAC, workflow engines, and core modules.
• Improve AI development workflows, prompts, and guardrails.
• Maintain CI/CD, Docker Compose environments, and integrations (Keycloak, AD, Infisical).
• Oversee Playwright E2E tests and ensure system reliability.
