Job summary

We’re looking for a T-shaped engineer who can move fluidly across web and mobile platforms while operating within a modern, AI-augmented software development lifecycle. You'll build and ship production-grade applications using React and React Native, leveraging AI tooling to accelerate design, development, testing and deployment.

Experience in telco environments is a strong plus. You will mentor junior engineers, contribute to architectural decisions, and help define scalable, high-quality

· T-shaped skill profile : deep expertise in at least one area (web or mobile) with solid working proficiency across the full stack

• Strong hands‑on experience with React (web) and React Native (mobile/cross‑platform)


• Solid understanding of mobile app development fundamentals (iOS/Android build processes, app store deployment, native module integration)


• Practical understanding of all phases of an AI‑enabled SDLC : requirements/planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring — and where AI tools add value at each stage


• Experience using AI coding assistants/copilots in a professional development workflow (not just casually)


• Strong grasp of state management, API integration (REST/GraphQL), and performance optimization on both web and mobile


• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing frameworks
