• 3+ years agency-side experience.
• Independent management of client relationships.
• AI-native approach with tangible automation examples.
• Ability to turn goals into executable strategies.
• Understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Excellent communication with business owners.
• Capable of managing multiple projects without dropping the ball.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships from strategy through to delivery and growth.
• Plug into our AI stack and broader agency capability.
• Understand each client’s business, sales process and goals.
• Turn objectives into practical digital strategies.
• Scope and lead websites, ecommerce projects, lead-generation campaigns.
• Orchestrate channels, specialists and technology around each client.
• Write briefs aligned to strategy and keep work connected to it.
• Maintain timelines and launches, driving momentum.
• Use reporting to recommend next steps.
• Identify opportunities or problems clients haven’t spotted.
• Improve agency systems and processes that shape operations.
• Collaborate with the founder on future direction.
