Motoka is seeking a creative Marketing Coordinator to grow our automotive workshop brand in the Sutherland Shire. You will manage marketing activities, WordPress sites, and social media to drive inquiries and bookings, while leveraging AI for content ideas and efficiency.

The role focuses on modern marketing, including social media, local SEO, and branding consistency across multiple workshops. Flexibility in hours and salary is offered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, social media management or marketing coordination.
• Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram marketing.
• Experience creating engaging content that attracts attention and generates enquiries.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, website management and SEO.
• Ability to plan campaigns and manage multiple marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Set up, build and maintain WordPress websites for our automotive workshop business.
• Manage social media accounts across major platforms.
• Create engaging social media posts, videos, reels and promotional content.
• Use AI tools to create content, generate ideas and improve productivity.
• Develop and maintain a marketing calendar for campaigns and promotions.
• Coordinate paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Assist with website content, local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation.
• Develop marketing campaigns to attract new customers and increase repeat business.
• Maintain consistent branding across workshops, signage, websites and marketing materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, leads and ROI.
• Research competitors, industry trends and new marketing opportunities.
• Support new workshop openings and local area marketing campaigns.
