Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking an experienced AI DevSecOps Governance SME for a 12-month contract in Sydney to pioneer and scale AI-driven security governance across our enterprise SDLC.

You will lead governance frameworks powered by AI and LLMs, integrating intelligent automation into CI/CD pipelines to enforce security policies, compliance, and code reviews. Collaboration with Security Architecture and Product Teams will shape roadmaps and adoption.

Qualifications

• Hands-on DevSecOps practices in enterprise environments.
• Experience using AI/LLM tools to automate governance.
• Translate regulatory and data privacy requirements into automated controls.
• Proficiency with scripting and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and enforce DevSecOps governance frameworks and security guardrails using AI/LLMs.
• Build AI-assisted controls for automated code review, policy validation, and security checks in CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish policy guidelines for developer AI usage to manage data privacy and IP risks.
• Integrate intelligent security testing and remediation guidance into CI/CD systems.
• Collaborate with Security Architecture, Engineering Leads and Product Teams to drive governance roadmaps.
