Job summary

Trideca is establishing its Canberra-based program to design and govern cloud native, microservices and AI-enabled platforms for government and enterprise clients. You will lead architecture, security, and the release of scalable, resilient service delivery across diverse environments.

You will drive modern engineering practices, including AI-enabled lifecycle management, DevSecOps, observability and platform engineering standards, while guiding multi-disciplinary teams to maturity and success.

Qualifications

Extensive experience designing cloud native, microservices and event driven architectures in complex enterprise environments.
Expertise in AI engineering and AI-enabled solution delivery, including deployment and operation of enterprise AI capabilities.
Strong software and platform engineering capability across modern development frameworks, DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, and security by design.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and architectural authority for cloud native platforms.
Lead AI-enabled engineering practices and modern software delivery lifecycle.
Drive platform modernization, microservices, containerization and enterprise integration patterns.
Build organizational capability through governance and knowledge transfer across multidisciplinary teams.
Engage stakeholders and executives to translate requirements into practical technology outcomes.
