Aurec Human Capital Group is seeking an experienced AI Specialist to join a federal government delivery team shaping the art of the possible with cutting-edge AI. You will bridge business needs and modern technology through rapid prototyping and human-centric AI design.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in agile digital service delivery environments.
Experience delivering AI-enabled products is preferred.
Understanding of responsible AI principles (transparency, privacy by design) preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive rapid prototyping sessions to demonstrate AI capabilities and inform future-state process design.
Elicit, analyse, and document AI and data requirements; decompose into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
Define non-functional requirements and establish human-in-the-loop checkpoints and decision boundaries.
Co-design evaluation frameworks, ground-truth datasets, and robust test plans (A/B trials, shadow testing).
Lead discovery workshops, backlog refinement, and cross-functional mapping, translating AI concepts for stakeholders.
Support governance and policy alignment with privacy and risk assessments.
