Job summary

Firmus Technologies is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join the Commissioning team in Australia. You will deploy, test, and commission low-latency interconnects for AI workloads, and configure multi-node clusters with high-speed storage fabrics.

The role requires strong Linux expertise, experience with RDMA, and collaboration with vendors across ASEAN regions. You will develop automated network configurations, participate in QA, and support project management for AI cluster deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of network engineering experience.
• Experience with Linux systems and HPC networking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and commission high-performance networks for AI infra.
• Design, monitor, and troubleshoot Ethernet fabrics and RDMA.
• Develop IaC configurations and CI/CD pipelines for networks.
• Coordinate with partners and vendors during commissioning.
• Maintain security, topology visibility, and test plans.
