Job summary

Firmus Technologies seeks a skilled Network Engineer to join our AI Cluster Commissioning team in Australia. You will deploy, test, and commission high‑performance networks for AI workloads, using IaC and automation to optimize CI/CD processes.

You will work with NVIDIA Spectrum gear, RoCE networks, and open source tools, while collaborating with global teams and vendors to deliver scalable AI infrastructure deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Strong Linux systems experience and networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, test, and commission high‑performance networks for AI workloads.
• Develop and maintain automated network configurations using IaC tools (e.g., Ansible, Netbox).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for network changes and automate routine tasks.
• Collaborate with partners, vendors and internal teams to deliver deployments on time.
