Job summary

The GPT Group in Sydney is seeking an AI Manager to lead our Technology team's AI roadmap, building an internal AI function and establishing an AI Centre of Excellence. You will partner with stakeholders to ensure AI scales effectively and delivers measurable business value across the organisation.

You will drive GenAI adoption, oversee production AI solutions, champion AI literacy, and manage governance and risk within our security and compliance frameworks as part of a high-performing

Qualifications

• 10+ years across technology, product or consulting.
• 4–5 years leading AI, data or digital product teams at enterprise level.
• AI product, digital innovation or technology leadership experience in financial services, real estate, or professional services.
• Relevant tertiary qualification; postgraduate study or AI credentials is a nice to have.
