Eldercare in Adelaide is seeking an AI Business Analyst to help shape how AI is adopted across the organisation, ensuring responsible and effective use in line with governance and strategy.

You will partner with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, service delivery and decision-making, while building capability and delivering education on AI tools and governance.

Formación

• Experience as a Business Analyst with requirements gathering and process analysis.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions and recommendations.
• Familiarity with governance, risk, privacy and compliance considerations in technology initiatives.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and cross-functional collaboration on AI initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate discovery workshops to identify AI opportunities across the business.
• Assess and prioritise AI initiatives aligned with Eldercare's governance and strategy.
• Support business case development and measurement of AI value and outcomes.
• Help build organisational capability through education, resources and awareness on AI use.
