Job summary

HUB24 Limited in Sydney is seeking a hands-on technology leader to join the Business Enablement Technology team. You’ll scale AI, automation and low‑code solutions to boost productivity and business outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Technology, you will lead a small multidisciplinary team, partner with stakeholders across Operations, Finance and Risk, and drive delivery from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Lead and develop a team of AI, automation and business enablement specialists in a hands-on player-coach capacity.
• Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Risk, Technology and other business units.
• Drive the delivery and operationalisation of AI applications, automations and low-code solutions from concept through to production.
