Job summary

Acusensus Australia is seeking an AI Architect to bridge business needs and engineering excellence. You will review AI tools, ensure secure and scalable architectures, and integrate AI solutions across internal systems while maintaining governance and compliance.

The role requires hands-on experience with multi‑agent AI solutions, cloud AI services, and strong API and enterprise integration skills. A Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building multi-agent AI solutions using LLM APIs or automation platforms.
• Solid grounding in software architecture, API design and enterprise integration.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity as it applies to AI and data privacy.
• Experience guiding non-technical colleagues and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP and their AI/ML services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/Software/IT.
• Experience with data governance frameworks and responsible AI principles is valued.
• Exposure to OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS or NIST AI RMF valued.

Responsibilities

• Review AI tools, automations and agents and advise on architecture and integration patterns.
• Assess security and data governance risks, access controls and third‑party exposure.
• Connect AI solutions to internal systems and data sources with enterprise scope.
• Troubleshoot and uplift internal tools to enterprise standards (secure, scalable, maintainable).
• Ensure tools are documented and transferable across role changes.
• Maintain central register of AI tools mapped to controls (ISO 27001).
• Run vendor and DPA assessments in collaboration with Legal.
• Provide technical risk input to AI policies and assist incident response.
