What’s the Gig? As an After-Hours Crisis Referral Service (AHCRS) Practitioner, you’ll be the calm in the storm—coordinating support for NDIS participants across Australia who are facing unexpected, unavoidable, and unresolvable crisis events. You’ll work closely with the NDIA to make sure no one is left behind when things get tough.

Heads up: You’ll also need to be part of a rotating after-hours roster (5pm–9am weekdays, 24/7 on weekends and public holidays).
