Job summary

GO.FARM is an Australian-owned, high-conviction agricultural investor, developer and manager focused on transforming Australian agriculture. The Asset Manager will drive the financial, operational and physical performance across a portfolio of GO.FARM assets, linking ground-level activity with investment strategy and long-term asset value.

You will monitor, analyse, and report on performance, support capital projects and coordinate across Farm Leaders and GO.FARM teams.

Qualifications

Experience in agricultural asset management, agribusiness, commercial management, finance or a related field.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Willingness to travel regularly across GO.FARM assets.
Ability to challenge constructively without stepping into operational ownership.

Responsibilities

Monitor asset performance against approved business plans, budgets, forecasts and investment objectives.
Analyse financial and operational results to identify variances, risks and opportunities.
Develop and maintain asset plans covering priorities, capital requirements, risks and value-creation initiatives.
Partner with and constructively challenge Farm Leaders on asset performance and key operational drivers.
Identify opportunities to improve capital efficiency, operating performance and long-term asset value.
