• Experience in administration, sales support or customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality administrative and processing support to keep the branch running smoothly.
• Supporting the sales process and coordinating for the Branch Manager and wider team.
• Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to deliver practical solutions.
• Supporting the team to maximise sales and business opportunities.
• Managing expenses, invoices and general office administration.
