Elders is seeking a Sales Support Officer to join the team on a full-time, fixed-term 12-month contract. You will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering expert administrative support and helping the sales team build lasting relationships across the Elders network in Australia.

You will assist with the end-to-end sales process, create marketing materials for the branch, support field activities, and manage expenses to keep the branch operating smoothly while learning and growing

Qualificações

• Background in business administration.
• Ability to deliver high level customer service and build client relationships.
• Collaborative and results-focused mindset.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable.
• Understanding of agriculture seasons.
• Experience preferred but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert administrative support to the team and foster professional relationships.
• Support all areas of the sales process and assist with running the office.
• Provide support for livestock processing as needed.
• Create promotional and marketing materials for the branch.
• Work with the team to explore new opportunities for clients.
• Maximise promotional opportunities at field days and events.
• Assist with expense management to keep the branch operating efficiently.
