Job summary

Elders Rural Services Australia Limited seeks a Sales Support Officer to join our busy branch on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering expert administrative support and helping the sales team build lasting relationships.

With a strong focus on customer service, you’ll assist through the end-to-end sales process, produce promotional materials, and collaborate with the team to explore new opportunities for growers and rural communities.

Qualifications

• Background in business administration.
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Understand agriculture seasons.
• Experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert administrative support to the team, allowing the branch to develop and foster professional relationships.
• Providing support in all areas of the sales process as well as assisting with running the office.
• Provide support for livestock processing as needed.
• Creating promotional and marketing materials for the branch to actively promote the Elders brand.
• Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities.
• Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events.
• Assisting with expense management to ensure the branch is operating effectively.
