Job summary

Barminco is recruiting experienced Underground Agitator Operators for the Bellevue Gold Mine project, located about 40km north-east of Leinster, WA. This full-time role on a 7/7 roster from Perth supports underground production with a focus on safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.

You will operate Agi trucks, pour concrete for ground support, and work closely with crews to maintain high standards on a premier sustainable mining operation.

Qualifications

• Underground agitator truck operation experience.
• Valid HR Driver’s Licence and mining certifications.
• Underground mining experience with a strong safety mindset.

Responsibilities

Barminco hassuccessfullytendered for the exciting Bellevue Gold Projectlocatedapproximately 40km north-east of Leinster in Western Australia’s Northern Goldfields region. Operated by Bellevue Gold Limited, Bellevue is one of Australia’s highest-grade underground gold mines, achieving commercial production in 2024 and positioned for significant long-term growth.

This major underground operation combines industry‑leading mining practices with a strong sustainability focus, including a hybrid renewable energy power station designed to supply more than80% of the site’s power requirements through renewable energy sources.

As part of this project, Barminco is seeking experienced and motivated Underground Agitator Operators to join the team on a full‑time basis, working a 7/7 roster from Perth. These roles are integral to delivering safe, productive and efficient underground mining operations at the Bellevue Gold Mine while contributing to the continued success and expansion of the Bellevue Gold Mine .

Your role will support underground production within a high-performing team focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?

• Operate an underground agitator (Agi) truck to transport and pour concrete.
• Deliver concrete for ground support, slabs, foundations, and infrastructure works.
• Work closely with crews to position and place concrete safely and accurately.
• Conduct pre‑start checks and basic maintenance on the Agi unit.
• Follow underground safety, traffic, and ventilation procedures
• Previousexperienceoperating agitator trucks, concreteequipmentand/or heavy equipment
• Strong understanding of underground mining processes and safety standards.
• Valid HR Driver’s Licence and relevant mining certifications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow detailedmineplans.
