Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking an Agitator Truck Driver for Innisfail. The role is casual with potential progression to full-time for the right candidate, starting early with up to 55 hours per week.

You will operate a concrete agitator, engage with customers, and maintain a clean, professional truck image. You must hold a HR license, enjoy talking to people, and be prepared for a pre-employment medical and random tests.

• Deliver concrete using an agitator truck to customers.

• Maintain vehicle appearance and compliance with safety standards.
• Adhere to training, safety protocols and routing procedures.
• Complete training program before solo driving and participate in overtime when required.

**Drive and Deliver**Driving a concrete agitator truck for Heidelberg Materials is more than just going from A to B and back again. Our Agitator drivers provide high levels of customer service to our clients receiving our products, becoming the face of our business. As an Agi Driver, you will be making multiple deliveries throughout the day and interacting with lots of different people. Every day will be different, there’s nothing routine about this role!**About the role:*** Position based in Innisfail!* This is casual leading to full-time for the right candidate.* Hourly rate + 25% casual loading + super + overtime (rate X 1.5 after 8 hours, rate X 2.0 after 10 hours).* Most days will start between 2am and 7am and drivers can do up to and over 10 hours per day, and around 50-55 hours per week. Saturday work is generally available, paid at overtime rates* Driving an Agi is like being a Customer Service Agent on wheels. You will be dealing with lots of different personalities every day, so you need to be comfortable interacting with people you haven’t met before* We provide cutting edge technology to not only keep you safe whilst driving, but also to help you map your routes and keep track of your loads.* All new starts go through a 10-day training program before we let you loose by yourself.**About you:*** Minimum of HR license (essential) with previous driving experience (preferred)* You enjoy meeting people and having a chat with them when you’re onsite* You prefer variety in your working life. No two days are ever the same when you’re driving one of our Agi trucks* You take pride in the appearance of your truck. Keep it clean, give it a wash and present the best image of our company.
