Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is hiring drivers for its Adelaide plants. Positions are available as permanent and casual. The base rate is $30.75 per hour for permanent staff, plus a 25% premium for casual workers.

Your responsibilities will include operating semi‑agitator trucks, delivering concrete and other products, and maintaining truck appearance. Successful candidates must pass pre-employment medical tests and be willing to work early mornings and overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Valid HR driver licence required; driving experience preferred.
• Must have full Australian work rights.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and random drug/alcohol tests.
• Comfortable interacting with diverse customers.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate semi‑agitator trucks delivering various products.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and positive company image.
• Complete a 10‑day training program.
• Interact with customers while driving.
