Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a casual Agitator Driver in Townsville to deliver concrete and provide frontline customer service. You will start early, manage multiple deliveries, and present a professional image to clients.

Drive and Deliver Driving a concrete agitator truck for Heidelberg Materials is more than just going from A to B and back again. Our Agitator drivers provide high levels of customer service to our clients receiving our products, becoming the face of our business. As an Agi Driver, you will be making multiple deliveries throughout the day and interacting with lots of different people. Every day will be different, there’s nothing routine about this role!
Casual position based in Townsville! Hourly rate + 25% casual loading + super + overtime (rate X 1.5 after 8 hours, rate X 2.0 after 10 hours). Most days will start between 2am and 7am and drivers can do up to and over 10 hours per day, and around 50-55 hours per week. Saturday work is generally available, paid at overtime rates Driving an Agi is like being a Customer Service Agent on wheels. You will be dealing with lots of different personalities every day, so you need to be comfortable interacting with people you haven’t met before We provide cutting edge technology to not only keep you safe whilst driving, but also to help you map your routes and keep track of your loads. All new starts go through a 10-day training program before we let you loose byyourself.
