Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a concrete agitator truck.
• Deliver concrete to residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks.
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients on site.
• Work closely with plant staff to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
• Adhere to workplace safety procedures and road transport regulations.
• Maintain a strong commitment to Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.

About the Role

Reporting to the Concrete Plant Manager, you will:

• Safely operate a concrete agitator truck
• Deliver concrete to residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients on site
• Work closely with plant staff to ensure efficient and timely deliveries
• Adhere to workplace safety procedures and road transport regulations
• Maintain a strong commitment to Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence or higher
• Previous agitator driving experience (desirable but not essential)
• A current White Card, or willingness to obtain one
• A strong focus on safety and compliance
• Knowledge of fatigue management and Chain of Responsibility principles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and reliable work ethic
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
