Job summary

HCF is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams and embed Agile practices across delivery, operations and transformation initiatives. You will partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to strengthen Agile maturity and enable member-focused delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement. We value strong facilitation, conflict resolution and the ability to drive delivery excellence using Jira and Confluence in a scalable Agile

Qualifications

Experience as Scrum Master in scaled Agile environments.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar.
Excellent facilitation and coaching abilities.
Experience with Jira and Confluence tooling.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
Coach teams on Agile principles and delivery excellence.
Partner with Product Owners on backlog management and stakeholder engagement.
Use metrics to identify improvement opportunities and report transparently.
Drive Agile maturity and continuous delivery improvement across teams.
Identify delivery challenges and remove impediments with stakeholders.
Build cross-business relationships to promote collaboration and transparency.
