Job summary

Talent is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead multiple scrum teams and drive delivery of complex ICT projects within a large Federal Government organisation in Australia.

The role requires strong Agile and SAFe expertise, with a background in implementing enterprise financial platforms. You will work with Product Owners, Business Analysts and technical teams to coordinate delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and improve Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering complex projects with Agile/SAFe.
• Experience leading enterprise financial platform implementations.
• Experience coordinating multiple scrum teams and sprint planning.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate multiple scrum teams and ceremonies.
• Manage scope, timelines and release planning.
• Support Product Owners with backlogs and new requests.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts on user stories.
• Coach teams in Agile and Scrum practices.
• Manage delivery risks, issues and dependencies.
• Oversee governance, stage gates and reporting.
• Build relationships across business, design and tech teams.
