Job summary

Aruma is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end value stream delivery across the organisation. You will translate strategic priorities into coordinated delivery, optimise flow across teams, and act as a trusted partner to Product Line Managers and Business Product Owners.

You’ll enable predictable, transparent delivery, ensure teams work together to deliver customer value, and lead change readiness.

You’ll translate strategic priorities into coordinated delivery execution, optimise flow across teams, and act as a trusted partner to Product Line Managers and Business Product Owners.
