Job summary

Kirinari Community Services is seeking experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to help older Australians stay independent, connected and safe at home. You will build meaningful connections while delivering compassionate care and practical support in the community and clients' residences.

The role focuses on personal care, domestic tasks, meal prep, transport and social support, with opportunities for ongoing training and career progression within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• National Police Check and NDIS Worker Check.
• Current Driver Licence and access to a vehicle.
• Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Assist with domestic tasks in clients' homes.
• Provide personal care as needed.
• Meal preparation for clients.
• Transport to appointments and activities.
• Support client shopping and errands.
• Encourage community participation.
• Provide social support and companionship.
