Job summary

Qualifications

• AQF Certificate II/III or at least one year of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in disability, community, aged care, or support services.
• Ability to provide personal and community support to people with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with everyday activities including personal care and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Encourage participation in social, recreational and community activities.
• Support clients in accessing disability support programs and community resources.
• Monitor wellbeing, identify hazards and respond to incidents or emergencies.
