Job summary

BLUE APPLE SUPPORT SERVICE PTY LTD is seeking an Aged or Disabled Care Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care to elderly individuals and people with disabilities in home and community settings.

Role includes daily living activities, personal care, mobility assistance, meal planning, and supporting participation in social and community activities. Full-time permanent position with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have AQF Certificate III or IV in Ageing or Disability.
• Minimum 1–3 years of full-time experience in aged or disability care.
• Ability to provide person-centred support to individuals with varying needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care per individual care plans.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and medication administration.
• Perform household tasks and support participation in activities.
• Maintain records and report changes; follow WHS and infection control procedures.
• Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare teams; protect privacy and dignity.
