Kirinari Community Services is seeking experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to help older Australians remain independent, connected and safe at home. You will support clients directly in their homes and communities, delivering personal care, meal prep and social support to help them flourish.

Join a team that values training, flexible schedules and supportive leadership. A valid driver licence and First Aid/CPR are essential to start making a real difference in daily living.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

About The Role

You will support older Australians to maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with:

• Domestic assistance (this is often the largest part of your day)
• Personal care
• Meal preparation
• Transport to appointments
• Shopping and errands
• Community participation
• Social support and companionship

You will work directly in clients' homes and communities, supporting them to achieve the goals that matter most to them.
