Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Clinical Educator to lead aged care training and development at the David Buttfield Centre in Gwelup, Perth, WA. You will plan, deliver and evaluate training programs to support safe, high-quality care by staff.

Reporting to the Clinical Education Lead, you will coordinate site-based education, inductions and compliance reporting, maintain learning records and liaise with care leaders and external providers to ensure training is delivered.
