Job summary

Carinity Fairfield Grange is seeking a dedicated Support Services team member to assist cleaning, kitchen and laundry within the aged care facility. You will work under the Residential Aged Care Manager to help maintain a comfortable living environment for residents.

We value team players with good communication, time management and flexibility for a 7-day roster. Prior aged care experience and a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively to maintain steady progress and meet expectations.
• Ability to work across a 7-day roster.
• Previous experience in Aged Care/similar role is advantageous.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support Services team provides integral support to cleaning, kitchen, and laundry within the Aged Care facility.
• Maintain an acceptable standard of living for residents in support of holistic care meeting their physical and environmental needs.
