Job summary

Carinity Shalom in Australia is seeking a dedicated Support Services team member to join the Residential Aged Care facility. Reporting to the Residential Aged Care Manager, you will support the kitchen services and ensure residents receive holistic care.

This permanent part-time role is 40 hours per fortnight with shifts across all days, including weekends. Applicants must be 18+, hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, and be a team player with good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to work across a 7‑day roster.
• Previous experience in Aged Care/similar role is advantageous.
• Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support Services team provide integral support to the kitchen services within the Aged Care facility.
• Maintain an acceptable standard of living for residents and meet their physical and environmental needs.
• Work across a 7‑day roster including weekends.
• Provide holistic care support under the Residential Aged Care Manager.
