Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse qualification aligned to Australian standards.
• Eligible for AHPRA registration (or in process).
• Minimum 1–2 years' recent clinical experience in aged care, acute care, or hospital settings.
• Demonstrated English language proficiency (IELTS/OET or equivalent).
• Willingness to relocate to regional Australia and comply with visa requirements.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred aged care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to aged care residents.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualised care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor resident outcomes.
• Manage wound care, chronic disease management, and clinical reviews.
• Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses and Care Staff.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Liaise with GPs, families, and allied health professionals to achieve optimal resident outcomes.
